American Properties developed and constructed Heritage at Highland Park, a community of 110 townhomes located in Highland Park, New Jersey. ReVireo worked with American Properties to take their luxury townhomes to the next level with ENERGY STAR certification.
ReVireo guided American Properties through the ENERGY STAR certification process. ReVireo consulted and performed energy modeling of each building during the design phase to ensure the project was on track to meet ENERGY STAR standards and specifications. During construction, ReVireo performed inspections and testing of each townhome at various stages to confirm compliance with ENERGY STAR requirements and New Jersey Energy Code. ReVireo used ENERGY STAR certification to qualify Heritage at Highland Park for over $163,000 in rebates from the New Jersey Clean Energy Program.
