KO2 Consulting engaged ReVireo to perform a utility consumption analysis for the common areas of a 7-story multifamily project totaling approximately 216,000 ft². The study followed ASHRAE 90.1–2019 Appendix G modeling requirements and focused exclusively on common area spaces within the building.
ReVireo modeled the conference room, business center, fitness room, communal lounge, and various back-of-house areas to estimate electricity, gas, and water usage. This targeted analysis allowed KO2 Consulting to understand expected utility consumption and operating costs for these amenity spaces.
