Located in the heart of Hoboken, 122 Adams Street is a new five-story mixed-use building that is being designed for construction. It will feature a community food pantry on the ground floor with 10 affordable housing units on the upper floors.
ReVireo provided energy modeling services at the permit‑stage to support the project’s compliance with the New Jersey commercial energy code (ASHRAE 90.1‑2019). The project’s final design achieved 13.4% energy cost savings over energy code baseline, combining efficient design with high-quality urban living.
