Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building sustainable and affordable homes for families in need, partnered with ReVireo on their recent project in Croydon, Pennsylvania. The project comprised three all-electric, adjacent single-family homes, each thoughtfully designed and constructed to meet the demanding standards of ENERGY STAR certification.
ReVireo consulted on and managed the project’s ENERGY STAR certification process from start to finish, including administering utility rebate applications through the PECO New Homes Program. As a result, the project successfully qualified for $3,000 dollars in PECO rebates.
By pursuing this certification, Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County demonstrated their commitment to high-performance, energy-efficient, affordable housing. These homes will not only provide comfortable and safe living spaces but will also help manage lower utility costs for the families who call them home.
