Pearl Place is a Morris Habitat for Humanity residential project in Perth Amboy, NJ, featuring two 1,800-square-foot single-family homes. In alignment with the organization’s mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable, affordable housing, the project achieved multiple certifications:
ReVireo provided integrated support to navigate the complexities of multi-program compliance, helping deliver homes that are healthier, more durable, and significantly more efficient than typical builds. WaterSense, a voluntary EPA program, certifies homes that use 20–30% less water than standard construction.
Our expertise also helped the project secure $11,500 in financial incentives to help offset project costs. The homes at Pearl Place provide long-term affordability and serve as a model for sustainable housing in the Perth Amboy community.
