Peabody Office

Overview

Peabody Office is a six-story, 37,496 ft² renovated commercial office building in Boston, Massachusetts. Bala engaged ReVireo to perform a utility analysis to estimate annual energy and water consumption and evaluate the efficiency of the proposed HVAC equipment.

ReVireo developed a whole-building model using a Box Model approach and followed ASHRAE 90.1-2019 Chapter 11 modeling requirements to approximate site and source energy performance. The model offered Bala actionable insight into expected operating costs, energy performance, and resource efficiency, supporting informed decisions regarding equipment selection, building systems design, and long-term operational planning.
