Magill Development & Construction developed and constructed a new residential building with 10 affordable housing units in Elizabeth, New Jersey, which aimed to earn ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction certification. The ENERGY STAR program supports the creation of high-performance, energy-efficient buildings designed to enhance comfort for residents.
ReVireo partnered with Magill Development & Construction providing comprehensive ENERGY STAR services, including energy modeling and design consulting, project kickoff and plan review, inspection services and certification management. The scope also encompassed HVAC Manual (J, S, D) Calculations & HVAC Design Reports. The ReVireo team verified project specifications and construction compliance throughout all phases, ensuring the delivery of an optimized, energy-efficient building.
The project successfully achieved ENERGY STAR certification, meeting all sustainability and energy performance requirements, while providing comfortable, safe, and affordable housing to the community.
