  • New Home Sales Surge in May

    Great news for homebuilders!  According to new data released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, sales of new, single-family homes rose 18.6% this past May.  That creates a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 504,000 units in May – the highest rate since May 2008!  The best news comes to builders in the Northeast region, as sales increased the most here of any region, by 54.5%.  Read more HERE.
