  • New Legislation to Incentivize Residential and Commercial Energy Efficient Building

    Great news is on the horizon for energy efficient builders and commercial tenants.  The Sensible Accounting to Value Energy Act (SAVE Act) and the Better Buildings Act, have been included in a reintroduction of the Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Act, backed by Senators Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) and Rob Portman (R-OH).

    So what does this mean?  If made a law, according to the SAVE Act, an optional home energy audit would be included•••

  • The 2014 Atlantic Builders Convention Was A Success!

    Our team had so much fun at this year’s Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City last week.  Thank you to all the people that stopped by our booth to say hello and tried their luck at our roulette table.  We also have a special congratulations to two lucky players, Michael Colucci from MAC Builders and Dominick Paragano from D.L. Paragano Homes!  They were each winners of our two large 3.5CH RC helicopter prizes!

  • Co-op Advertising with New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program

    Attention all NJ ENERGY STAR homebuilders!  New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program has a co-op advertising opportunity open to all builders that participate in the NJ ENERGY STAR Homes program (Tier 1 or Tier 2).  The program provides participants with logos, messaging, and guidelines to help develop advertisements around their homes.  You can even get money back on all PRE-APPROVED ads.  However, this offer is only good until June 30, 2014.  So act fast!
